Digital Sharing
When you need to quickly share your report via email or messaging, use the "Share" button on the report page. This provides a direct link to the report on our platform.
How it works: This link requires the recipient to be logged into the application to view the report, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the case details. It’s a secure deep-link, not a public page.
Hard-Copy & Printed Document Sharing
A printed report is useless if the links to video or audio evidence don't work. We solved this with permanent QR codes.
How it works: For every file you upload, the printed report includes a unique QR code. This code links to a permanent URL on our server that acts as a resolver. When scanned, our server instantly generates a fresh, secure, 1-hour access link to the file and sends the user there. This means your printed evidence remains accessible forever, even if the underlying storage system changes.
