  • Uploaded Files: All files you upload as evidence (e.g., screenshots, videos, documents, audio recordings) are stored on our secure cloud infrastructure.

Data Security and Storage

Your data security is our highest priority. We do NOT store your sensitive case data on your local device. Instead, we utilize industry-leading secure cloud services to protect your information:

  • Secure Database: Your case and evidence metadata is stored in a Google Firestore database, protected by strict security rules that ensure only you can access your own data.
  • Encrypted File Storage: Uploaded files are stored in a private, S3-compatible object storage bucket.
  • Encryption: All your data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS/SSL) and at rest on the servers of our cloud providers.
  • Access Control: We do not have access to the content of your cases or evidence. Your data is accessible only through your authenticated account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the service. This includes authenticating your account, storing and retrieving your case data, and enabling features like report generation and evidence sharing. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data or case information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Sharing and Deletion

You are in complete control of your data. You can share your reports using the features provided, and you can delete individual pieces of evidence or entire cases at any time. When you delete data from the application, it is permanently removed from our storage systems.
